6-Year-Old Boy Goes Missing in Kerr County, AMBER Alert Issued
About the Missing Child
Law enforcement officials in Kerr County, Texas, have issued an AMBER Alert for a 6-year-old boy who was reported missing on Thursday evening.
The child, whose name has not been released, was last seen playing in his backyard in Ingram, Texas, at approximately 6:30 p.m. When his parents went to check on him a short time later, he was nowhere to be found.
Law Enforcement's Response
Police were immediately notified, and a search of the area was conducted. However, the boy was not located.
The Ingram Police Department has issued an AMBER Alert, which is a nationwide alert system for missing children. The alert includes a description of the boy, as well as information about the circumstances of his disappearance.
Description of the Missing Boy
The missing boy is described as a white male, approximately 3 feet tall and weighing 40 pounds.
He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and khaki shorts.
